QUJO Operational Alerts

Current program status

Enrollment is not yet open.

QUJO will open enrollment only after carrier registration and final delivery testing are complete.

The first planned use is Important Mail Alerts in QUJO Mail. A signed-in user will be able to choose exact senders whose messages can trigger an alert.

The shared registration also reserves the following operational categories for later use. Listing a category here does not mean that it is currently active.

Account and security alerts
Customer support updates
Requested delivery-status notifications
One-time verification codes

Enrollment and consent

When enrollment opens, you will sign in to the participating QUJO service, provide an optional mobile number, verify that number, select alert categories, and use a separate unchecked SMS consent control.

Accepting general terms, requesting a phone call, agreeing to email, or making a purchase will not enroll you in SMS.

Gated enrollment example

This Important Mail Alerts example shows the planned signed-in settings page. The phone field is optional, the SMS consent checkbox starts unchecked, and the example contains no real mailbox or mobile number.

STOP, START, and HELP

Reply STOP to block all QUJO SMS messages that use this shared program.
Reply START to remove the provider block. You may also need to sign in and re-enable each QUJO service.
Reply HELP for help, or use the QUJO contact form.

Turning off one alert category does not turn off other enabled categories. A provider-level STOP reply applies to every QUJO application that shares the program.

Message frequency varies according to the services, activity, sender rules, and cooldown intervals that you enable. Message and data rates may apply.
