QUJO SMS Terms

These terms apply to the optional QUJO Operational Alerts program. They supplement the QUJO website Terms and Privacy Policy.

1. Program

QUJO Operational Alerts is the shared program for non-marketing operational messages from participating QUJO-owned services.

The first planned use is Important Mail Alerts in QUJO Mail. Reserved categories include account and security notices, support updates, requested delivery status, and verification codes. A reserved category is not active until a participating service offers it.

2. Consent

You must provide separate SMS consent before QUJO sends operational alerts. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. It is separate from email, calls, general terms, and other communication choices.

You must control, or be authorized to use, the mobile number that you enroll. QUJO can require number verification before alerts start.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to the QUJO services, events, rules, and cooldown intervals that you enable. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier controls its charges.

4. Opt out and service controls

Reply STOP to block all QUJO SMS messages that use the shared program. No further program messages will be sent while the provider block remains active, except a message that confirms the opt-out when the provider permits it.

Reply START to remove the provider block. You may also need to sign in and re-enable each QUJO service. You can disable one service or alert category in its settings without disabling other enabled QUJO services.

5. Help

Reply HELP for help, or use the QUJO contact form.

6. Delivery

SMS delivery can be delayed or unavailable because of carrier, network, device, or provider conditions. Do not rely on QUJO Operational Alerts for emergencies or as the only way to receive critical information.

7. Privacy

The QUJO Privacy Policy explains how QUJO handles mobile numbers, consent records, message content, and delivery data. QUJO does not sell your mobile number or SMS consent record or share them for another company's marketing.

8. Changes

QUJO can update these SMS Terms. Material changes will appear on this page with a revised date. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP.
