1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for QUJO, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• You accept our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 4)

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account Requirements

To use QUJO, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected]

2.2 Account Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, but you are responsible for securing your account. We recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password
• Enabling two-factor authentication when available
• Not sharing your account credentials with others

3. Service Description

QUJO is a website builder platform that allows you to create, host, and manage websites. The Service includes:

• Website creation and editing tools
• Website hosting on our infrastructure
• Custom domain support
• Media storage and content delivery
• Analytics and performance monitoring
• Additional features as described on our website

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may NOT use QUJO to create, host, store, transmit, or distribute any content that:

Illegal Content:

• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Contains or distributes illegal substances

Exploitation and Abuse:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - We have ZERO tolerance for any content that exploits minors. We will immediately remove such content and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement
• Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
• Human trafficking or exploitation
• Animal abuse or cruelty

Malicious Activities:

• Malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
• Phishing sites or credential harvesting
• Hacking tools, exploit kits, or attack infrastructure
• Pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted material
• Spam operations or email harvesting
• Botnets or command-and-control infrastructure

Fraud and Deception:

• Fraudulent schemes or scams
• Impersonation of individuals or organizations
• Counterfeit goods or services
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams

Harmful Content:

• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate crimes
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals
• Doxxing or unauthorized disclosure of private information
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

Intellectual Property Violations:

• Copyright infringement
• Trademark violations
• Patent infringement
• Trade secret misappropriation

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

4.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and publish the content
• Your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property or other rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms

5. Enforcement and Account Termination

5.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

• Remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law
• Preserve content and information as necessary to comply with legal obligations

5.2 Termination Process

If we determine that you have violated these Terms:

• First violation (minor): We may issue a warning and require removal of offending content
• Serious violation: We may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice
• Illegal content: We will immediately remove the content and may report to law enforcement

5.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your content and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid
• Provisions that by their nature should survive (indemnification, limitation of liability, etc.) will survive termination

5.4 Appeals

If you believe your account was terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of termination. We will review your appeal and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

6.1 DMCA Compliance

QUJO respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond to valid takedown notices and have designated a Copyright Agent to receive notifications of claimed infringement.

6.2 Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on QUJO infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Copyright Agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material with enough detail to locate it
4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

6.3 Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its previous location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

6.4 Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Multiple valid DMCA notices against an account may result in permanent termination.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing and Billing

• Current pricing is available on our Pricing page
• All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers

7.2 Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our payment processor. We do NOT store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

7.3 Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Annual subscriptions: Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds

7.4 Free Trials

• Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically
• You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Trial terms may vary and will be disclosed at sign-up

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

QUJO, our logo, and all related names, logos, product names, and designs are trademarks of QUJO. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Host, store, and display your content to operate the Service
• Create backups of your content
• Provide technical support

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account (subject to backup retention periods).

8.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

9.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUJO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QUJO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email to your registered address
• Displaying a notice within the Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES INDIVIDUALLY AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and QUJO.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

13.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
