4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use QUJO to create, host, store, transmit, or distribute any content that:

Exploitation and Abuse:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) - We have ZERO tolerance for any content that exploits minors. We will immediately remove such content and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Animal abuse or cruelty
Malicious Activities:
- Malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
- Phishing sites or credential harvesting
- Hacking tools, exploit kits, or attack infrastructure
- Pirated software, movies, music, or other copyrighted material
- Spam operations or email harvesting
- Botnets or command-and-control infrastructure
Fraud and Deception:
- Fraudulent schemes or scams
- Impersonation of individuals or organizations
- Counterfeit goods or services
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams
Harmful Content:
- Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate crimes
- Content that promotes self-harm or suicide

6.4 Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Multiple valid DMCA notices against an account may result in permanent termination.

- Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers
7.2 Payment Processing
We use Stripe as our payment processor. We do NOT store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

7.3 Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds
7.4 Free Trials
- Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically
- You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
- Trial terms may vary and will be disclosed at sign-up
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
QUJO, our logo, and all related names, logos, product names, and designs are trademarks of QUJO. You may not use these without our prior written permission.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account (subject to backup retention periods).

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
